Key
Responsibilities:
Operate printing and finishing equipment, ensuring setup accuracy and smooth operation.
Monitor printing processes closely, making adjustments to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
Use finishing machines like cutters, folders, and binders to complete print jobs.
Inspect printed materials for defects, addressing issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize and schedule print jobs efficiently.
Package printed materials securely for shipping, organizing shipments as needed.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow.
Flexibility to work variable shifts and overtime as needed.
Qualifications:
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Mechanical proficiency, and a hands-on problem solver Basic computer skills Strong teamwork and communication skills.
