Verify incoming purchase orders for conformance with quoted price, delivery, and noted exceptions.
Communicate with the customer as necessary to resolve order discrepancies.
When all order terms and conditions are approved, copy the quote to release traveler document for engineering review prior to manufacture.
This position is also the backup to quote entry and will log/create quotes when the primary person is not available.
Other minor office duties as appropriate.
Requirements candidate must be organized and thorough in execution of work candidate must be able to able to comprehend relevant industry references and nomenclature candidate must have basic understanding of blueprints and bills of material candidate must be fully familiar with email, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Will train on software unique to our environment Environment Compuraft employees nearly 50 people.
This is a permanent, full-time front office position with normal interaction among 5 or 6 people.
Position reports directly to company president.
Vacation, holidays, overtime, 401k with match.
