Spanish Bi-Lingual Production Associate

Montgomeryville manufacturer is looking for a Spanish bi-lingual hard-working production worker to assist in the manufacturing process.
The Production Worker's responsibilities include keeping the production area clean, preparing machinery and equipment for use, working the production line as instructed, and strictly following health and safety guidelines.
To be successful as a production worker you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.
Position is 2nd shift.
Responsibilities:
Work with a team to assemble products or components.
Rotate through tasks for specific production processes.
Conduct quality inspections on products and parts.
Assemble and prepare finished products for shipment.
Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouse.
Utilize machinery such as a pallet jack to load orders or move pallets.
Some Manual Assembly required with use of Glue gun, Staples, Nails and more.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area which includes the upkeep of machinery.
Good communication skills and Ability to follow directions accurately.
Basic computer skills such as Email, ERP software, inventory management.
Attention to detail and organization skills.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will ideally have packaging and /or manufacturing experience.
All candidates must have manual dexterity, be dependable, and be able to work in a team-based environment and perform the essential functions of the job which may include standing for long periods of time in one area and lifting up to 35lbs.
Candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
A minimum of high school diploma.
Recommended Skills Assembling Fast Paced Lifting Machinery Spanish Language Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
